Ambiseint's CEO gets hundreds of emails every day: customers, suppliers, partners and his own team. The important ones got buried under everything else, and answering them all took far too long.
What we built
A dashboard that reads the inbox and puts what needs him first.
- Every new email gets a priority: answer now, today, or it can wait.
- For most of them, a draft reply is written in his tone.
- He reads it, changes what he wants and sends it. Nothing goes out without him.
What changed
He starts from a short list of what matters, not from a full inbox. And most replies start from a draft, not from a blank page.
