The problem
Every month, Origin Ads needs all its invoices in one place. Chasing them by hand, email by email and supplier by supplier, is slow and easy to get wrong.
What we built
An agent that gathers the invoices and asks for the ones it can't find.
- It collects each invoice from wherever it arrives.
- It keeps track of which ones are in and which are missing.
- When one is missing, it emails the supplier to ask for it.
What changed
The invoices end up in one place without anyone chasing them by hand.
